Monthly subscriptions
Full refund available within 7 days of your initial purchase. This is a no-questions-asked guarantee — you can use all VIP features during this period and still receive a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Yearly subscriptions
Full refund available within 14 days of your initial purchase. Like our monthly plan, you can fully experience all VIP features and still get a complete refund if it's not the right fit for you.
No hidden deductions
During the refund window, refunds are always 100% of your payment. We don't deduct for AI usage, search count, or any other feature consumption. Try everything risk-free.
Auto-renewal refunds
If you're charged for auto-renewal and request a refund within 3 days, and you haven't substantially used the service, we'll also provide a full refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@deepermemo.com with your account email, payment date and amount, subscription type, and brief reason. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.
After a refund
When refunded, your VIP access ends immediately or at the period end depending on circumstances. Your learning data — reading history, marked words, search history — remains intact and is not affected by the refund.
Why we do this
We prefer proactive refunds over chargebacks. A chargeback costs more (fees + account risk) and doesn't help us improve. If you're unhappy, tell us — we'd rather refund than lose you as a user.
